- It all depends on your lifestyle. If you continue to diet and exercise you should continue to lose weight or at least maintain your current weight.

I have been using 7-Keto DHEA, Saffron Extract, and Forskohli Root Extract for 6 months now, I have found that the Saffron Extract does control my appetite, I use to snack all the time, I now eat 5 times a day and have lost 12 lbs. The Forskohli Root Extract was recommended by Dr Oz to eat the fat inside the body, which may have helped the Saffron Extract with weight loss. The 7-Keto is a metabolism booster, I have found that my energy level has increased and it seems more balanced through-out the day, my daily dose is one of each every morning before breakfast, and one of each with my dinner in the evening. I heard about these products on Dr. Oz's program. The saffron extract really works. I find that I no longer crave food. One day I did not take it and I found myself craving food. Between the 7 Ketos and saffron extract, I have lost 12 pounds in about 9 weeks without a special diet. I decided to try this product (one at a time) for 2 weeks and saw a difference in just a few days.
I've had no negative side effects to either product even while taking both at the same time.
