Directions For NO2 Black: For men up to 200 Lbs: 8 caplets (4 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch)

For Men Over 200 Lbs: 10 caplets (5 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch)

For Women Up to 125 Lbs: 4 caplets (2 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch)

For Women Over 125 Lbs: 6 caplets (3 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch)

I tried this product out and was not to happy with the results. I weigh 203lbs and I am 39 and I was popping 10 of these pills a day as recommended and still didnt get good results. The pills are nasty, I didnt notice a difference in energy, there was a minor gain in pump and muscle. When I finished the bottle I switched to jack3d and I highly recommend. (Posted on 10/21/10)
