Ultima Directions:
Read and follow all label directions before use.  DO NOT USE WITH SHAKER CUP.  When dissolved in liquid, ULTIMA into 8-12 ounces of water, depending on taste and consume 30-45 minutes before athletic activity.

Advanced Users: EITHER mix two (2) scoops of Ultima into 12-24 ounces of water and consume 30-45 minutes before athletic activity for ultimate intesity and energy, OR mix one (1) scoop of Ultima with 8-12 ounces of water and conume 30-45 minutes before athletic activity and then continue by mixing one (1) additional scoop and consume slowly during athletic avtivity for ultimate performance and endurance.  Add more water as needed to ensure proper hydration at all times.
