By enhancing absorption we can effectively boost levels of creatine in the body. Kre-Alkalyn unlike some of the other creatines out there which convert to creatinin very quickly when mixed in liquids. Kre-Alkalyn is stable and will allow for creatine to actually reach the muscle before being broken down.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, mix 1/2 scoop in 4 oz. of water or your favorite beverage 30 minutes before exercise and 1/2 scoop post-workout.
