- I tend not to feel effects from this as much as caffeine in drinks or pre-workouts (on a per mg basis). Is caffeine anhydrous meant to be less effective per mg? Does it take longer to feel the effects?
- The reason for this is that most pre-workouts contain more stimulants than just caffeine. Many stimulants have a synergistic effect therefore the pre-workout drinks may give you more of a boost.
