Woke up after using Casein-FX not even half as sore as usual from my workout! Works amazingly! Only problem is it doesn't taste good at all,but what supplement does? Maybe I'm not mixing it correctly,!either way I'm buying this again! (Posted on 11/18/11)Taste Effectiveness

I just received Allmax Nutrition Casein-FX last week as I was looking for a long term protein that I could drink just prior to going to bed to help with muscle recovery. So far no complaints and the protein delivery is 7 hours compared to most other Casien proteins at 5 hours. As with most Casien protiens this product is a bit harder to mix, but well worth the benefits of 7 hours. I would defiantly order this product again. (Posted on 7/19/11)Taste Effectiveness
