46 & This Helped My Joints (Review by Bill)
Effectiveness
At age 46 - you don't want sore joints to slow down your workout. I have a bum knee and shoulder - Applied Nutriceuticals Osteo-Sport has really helped me out in the shoulder area. I noticed some improvement in my knee - I just think there is more cartilidge damage so no supplement will help too much. (Posted on May 12, 2011)

Great stuff!! I've had joint pain for awhile now. I tried USPLabs Super Cissus and that stuff work okay. But I tried this stuff and it works great!!!! My joint hardly bother me at all within a week of taking this stuff. Highly recommended! (Posted on April 20, 2011)
