We wanted to dive into this topic because of all the confusion out there. Many people, including myself, see overweight people at the gym and 3-6 months later they may have lost a ton of weight, and look like they are just shredded with muscle.

But the question is where did all this muscle come from? Did they actually turn all the fat they had into muscle. Sure looks like they did doesn't it? Well not quite...there are a lot of factors that come into play when someone works hard to burn fat, but at the same time build muscle.
