Recenetly Dr Oz had guest Mary Sabo on the Dr Oz Show to teach us about stress and how to decrease our levels naturally by using the Ginger.
Ginger has proven beneficial in its ability to help calm the central nervous syetm via lowering cortisol levels which in turn decreases many stress signals. We can add Ginger to our food or look for Ginger Teas to help decrease stress and promote relaxation.
