What is A-HD?

- I do crossfit 3-4 days a week and lift 2 nights a weekSo what is best on how I stack these? I work out at 6am so I'm thinking take take a-hd and solid e eryday in the morning, can I take anablic with it? Or take that during the day?
- You should stick to the recommend instructions, no matter when you workout. The only thing you don't take on non-workout days is the Anabolic Elite...everything else you can. All the instructions are listed on the website.

If you have a productive workout routine and utilize this product combination correctly, you will not be dissapointed in the results. I have been working out for 8 years and this is only the third time I've tried a product like this and it's definitely effective. It actually reminds me of the original Halodrol 50 for those of you who remember how awesome that was. Both times using this I did see major strength gains throughout my body and some decent size increases, my energy levels and motivation at the gym were also elevated so my productivity during this time was excellent. Another plus is when you stop the A50 and you end on the AHD, the change is so casual that you don't lose your libido or have any negative side effects that can be associated with cycling off a product like this. My only recomendation is to make sure that when you cycle off that you keep the pace of your routine while you were on this product and that you continue to eat properly.
