I have tried quite a few pre workouts in my time, some including C4, N.O xplode, Jack3d, 1.M.R and this is by far greater then any of them. to start with its very concentrated and easy to drink because it tastes amazing. I found it much more effective then any other Pre workouts I have ever taken, i get to the gym and i'm adding 1-2 extra sets into each workout and not even feeling tired after them. Every time i have left the gym using this I have wanted to turn around go back and do the full workout over again!!! (Posted on January 21, 2013)

Tried this after I saw it at an extremely low price. Hadn't used any BSN products in a while , so was skeptical. But this delivered. A lot of energy, and I sweated buckets. It says it burns fat , so I assumed that is what being drenched resulted in.The only problem is the taste. Reminds me of cold medicine, only carbonated. But after you get over that, it is cool (Posted on August 14, 2012)
