Recommended Use for Persons Under 200 lbs: As a dietary supplement, take 3 tablets 3 times per day, every day. Your body chemistry and weight will determine how long it take to experience the effects of Nitrix. Many users may notice the effects within the first 7-14 days of recommended use. Nitrix, ahh I really don't know what to say about this stuff. I bought it with high hopes of getting those "All day pumps" as BSN claims this stuff does, but honestly I didnt feel/look any different. You have to take 9 large pills a day which is somewhat tough, and after you take them all, you wonder why you are taking them because they don't really do anything. I would not spend my hard earned money on Nitrix, but thats just me (Posted on 6/15/11)Taste Effectiveness
