Syntha-6 is by far my favorite tasting protein, even with water. The Chocolate Mint is my favorite. Doesn't seem to clump up like others I have tried and no gritty texture. Performs just like it should and I would highly recommend it!

I have tried numerous proteins searching for one to be my "GO TO" protein. With Syntha 6 - Chocolate/Peanut Butter, I found that protein. First of all it is the best tasting protein I ever tried. Mixed with water it is great - with skim milk it is PHENOMONAL. It has a nice blend of proteins and includes digestive enzymes and is stacked with BCAA's. Going to try the strawberry next.

Recommended Use for Males: Take 1-2 scoops (equaling approx. 22-44 grams of protein) with 4-5 oz. to 8-10 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice respectively. Use approximately 4-5 oz of liquid per 1 scoop of powder.
Recommended Use for Females: Take 1 scoop (equaling approx. 22 grams of protein) with 4-5 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired flavor and consistency.

Overall Syntha-6 is a good protein blend. Chocolate Mint is not really minty and also does not mix well. Tastes good though. I have tried numerous proteins searching for one to be my "GO TO" protein. With Syntha 6 - Chocolate/Peanut Butter, I found that protein. First of all it is the best tasting protein I ever tried. Mixed with water it is great - with skim milk it is PHENOMONAL. It has a nice blend of proteins and includes digestive enzymes and is stacked with BCAA's. Going to try the strawberry next. This stuff is so good. I got the strawberry flavor and it doesn't have that funky odor that other ones have after stirring it with water. it dissolves well. i used a scoop and a half and only 16oz of water and there were no clumps. I use this for post workouts so i havnt been feeling really sore. I tried using this as a meal replacer for the mornings, but i still get hungry after taking this stuff. I really do think that this stuff does help with post workouts. I have tried many types and im definetly sticking with this one. Get this and u wont regret it!!
