BSN Syntha-6 is my favorite protein drink. I drink this after workouts every time. The taste is awesome. My wife and I really like the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor. If the other flavors are as good, I can only imagine! I like that fact that there is little sugar in this product too. Most products that have low sugar sacrifice on taste, but not with Syntha 6. I love this stuff! This is one of the staples in my diet. I use this primarily for post workouts, but could drink it all day long. I see why Syntha 6 is a top favorite!
