BSN Syntha-6 RTD rocks. It is easily the best tasting RTD on the market.Taste Effectiveness
I personally prefer the bannana but the choclate is a close second.
I got good gains off of it, and I can take it with me wherever I go. Not needing to take a blender to the GYM or Jui Jitsu class is a big plus.
Overall some of the best protien I have tried. (Posted on 6/14/11)
