I use this a a post workout supplement during cutting because it has just enough carbs, calories. Taste is great and can be mixed fast using a hand shaker. Side note this stuff goes great in using for breakfast egg recipes if you get tired of the ol'boring shake.

BSN Syntha-6 RTD rocks. It is easily the best tasting RTD on the market.Recommend to a Friend Effectiveness
I personally prefer the bannana but the choclate is a close second.
I got good gains off of it, and I can take it with me wherever I go. Not needing to take a blender to the GYM or Jui Jitsu class is a big plus.
Overall some of the best protien I have tried. (Posted on 6/14/11)
