Once your tolerance has been assessed, mix 1-3 scoops with 5-18 oz. of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before training. Use approximately 5-6 oz of water per 1 scoop of powder. Again, vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. To achieve maximum results, take on an empty stomach (i.e. at least 2 hours after a meal or 1 hour after drinking a protein shake).

I bought this product expecting (with a good diet and exercise) to lose weight. I feel like it did help me lose weight, because it suppressed me appetite. Within the first week of taking it, I had loads a major energy boost, overall it should help you lose weight, but the physical energy part isn't true, in my opinion. I have tried numerous proteins searching for one to be my "GO TO" protein. With Syntha 6 - Chocolate/Peanut Butter, I found that protein. First of all it is the best tasting protein I ever tried. Mixed with water it is great - with skim milk it is PHENOMONAL. It has a nice blend of proteins and includes digestive enzymes and is stacked with BCAA's. Going to try the strawberry next.
