I bought these without much though because the price was so good compared most of the other options. Big mistake. When I actually opened them up, I found out that there was about half the protein in them that I wanted and the fiber that was advertised was only 3 grams per bar. I suppose it might be more useful as an energy bar or something, but for lifting it is completely useless. (Posted on September 28, 2015)

Overall, these are just below average at best. They are basically cookies with protein. In the end, they are definitely better for you than regular cookies, but they are not better for you than protein bars. If you are looking for a good protein bar, I would look elsewhere. They taste good, but not good enough nutrition. (Posted on March 8, 2015)
