Controlled Labs GlycerGrow doesn't mix at all and may be tough to get down - however - don't let that stop you from getting it. I have been adding 3 scoops to my pre workout (got pretty good pumps without it) and the pumps are even better and seem to be getting better the more I use it. Best part - it's cheap. I only use it pre workout so it should last me over 4 months! (Posted on 5/12/11)Taste Effectiveness
