Directions
Take 3 tablets Twice per day with your meals 9 (breakfast & dinner preferably). Since I have been taking Orange Triad, I have noticed a distinct change in the way I feel. I recover quicker from workouts, I have more energy during the day, and just feel better in general. You do have to take 6 tablets a day (3 twice a day) which is kind of a hassle since the pills are big. You also need to pump the water when you take this. The label says 1-2 gallons a day. It may as well say 2-3. I have noticed it is certainly easier to get dehydrated when taking these. (Posted on 7/21/11)Taste Effectiveness
