Seems to be working to reduce belly fat but it will be a slow process. Spoke with my internist who okayed the use of these products. Will order again. Have had no adverse affects and feel good while

Me and my daughter started our diets together 2 weeks ago and are now down 5lbs. She is down 7lbs, but she is 20 years younger! I haven't been as hungry and seems I am losing weight, but have only been 2 weeks. Will review again at the end of my 8 weeks. (Posted on April 25, 2012)

I have been taking these products for three weeks. While I do have less of an appetite, I have not seen a difference in shape and no difference at all on the scale. I have been taking them as directed at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I would not recommend these for weight loss or as a fat burner. However, they do decrease your appetite and give you an energy boost without feeling jittery. With the extra energy I have been exercising more and eating less. Maybe I'll see results on the scale soon.
So, I would recommend them for an energy boost, but not for weight loss as I've seen no results in that aspect. (Posted on April 25, 2012)
