I have tried 3 Pre's in the last few months. This is by far the most effective. Great focus, great energy without feeling wigged out. and small scoop means small container so it fits in my gym bag without being bulky. I got the "pineapple", it's not the greatest thing I've ever tasted, but it's not too bad. I don't expect much in terms of flavor from these things. Got this product about a week ago and have used it for my push, pull, and legs and shoulder days in the gym. Every single day I tried it i got a great pump, and walked in the doors to the gym ready to hit it hard. Being caffeine/stim resistant like I am I have tried many other pre-workouts and none of them gave me any energy. Although Craze makes me thirsty and causes me to have a dry mouth, it gives me great focus and tremendous endurance. It also gives me a moderate pump (and sometimes a great pump - depending on the muscle group being exercised). The price is fair. I would recommend Craze to my friends.
