The Research

A pilot human clinical trial demonstrated that modified citrus pectin decreases the total amount of mercury stored in the body, removing up to 74 percent of dangerous heavy metals, including lead, mercury, cadmium, and others within six months. Numerous laboratory and clinical studies have demonstrated the gentle power of pectin and alginates to chelate toxins from the body's tissues. Another study reported that PectaSol® significantly decreased lead levels in children (ages 5 to 12) who suffered from severe lead poisoning. Additional Usage Guidelines:

This product is designed to be taken on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before or 2 hours after food, or 2 hours either before or after other supplements or medications. 
PectaSol® Chelation Complex™ is the first stage product in a 2 stage chelation program. Detox Complete® is the 2nd stage of this process, which is added after initial reduction of toxic burden, and when dosage is reduced to maintenance level.
