I really like the idea of consuming my amino acids and getting them into my blood stream immediately. Though I've only been using them for two weeks, I feel strong and anabolic and I don't have any soreness due to lactic acid build up. I will continue to use these as long as they remain affordable. Bought this because a friend recommended it. First amino acid supplement that I saw had all the aminos, not just 3 of them. Seems to give me better recovery and the one thing I noticed was a pump from taking them, which my buddy told me about. I usually take a full serving before my workout, I don't do 1/2 before and 1/2 after like the bottle says. Overall though, a 9/10. (Posted on MMMMMMMMMMMM 22, 11)

GREAT product. Highly recommend. Seems expensive but the bottle has a lot of capsules. Very easy to take / swallow even though there are 5 capsules per serving. I take this right before workout as well as in between meals to stave off catabolism. If you're using Insu-Pro by the same company though I don't think it makes sense to take this post-workout like they recomend on the bottle. (Posted on MMMMMMMMMMMM 16, 11)
