Question icon When can I expect to receive my package?

Answer Icon Orders placed Monday - Friday before 2 PM CST ship the same day. We make a concerted effort to keep our inventory 100% accurate as we run a live inventory with our website. When you add a product to the cart (press the 'Buy' button) the website will display whether or not the product you are ordering is available or out of stock. If it is a case where you order a quantity of a product that exceeds our available quantity, the website will display that you have exceeded the available quantity. No worries you will be emailed with a reminder of this within 24 hours of placing your order with the exception of Saturday and Sunday. In this case you will be emailed on the following Monday. At this time you may substitute the out of stock item with an available item, receive a refund for the item, or you may wait until that item becomes available again (we will inform you have how long this will be, usually 1 - 3 days). If you order an item that is set to pre-order please note the estimated time of arrival and that you will not be charged for these items until they ship.

Question icon Do you ship to military addresses such as APO & FPO addresses?

Answer Icon Answer: Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO military addresses. We ship thousands of orders to military addresses every year. Simply choose USPS Priority Mail for your shipping option as UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses. The charges are calculated based on the weight of the package & are assessed before you enter your credit card information. The shipping costs are the same as if you are shipping to the states.

Here’s how to ship to your APO/FPO Address:
Simply choose USPS Priority Mail shipping option. Enter your address in the ‘shipping address’ area in your form. (Make sure you enter your actual credit card billing address in the ‘billing address’ section. This is the address on file with your credit card company. We use the billing address for verification. If you do not enter this, your order will be declined):

Enter either APO or FPO for the city and AP or AE for the state, you do not need to enter the actual city or state, these serve the purpose. These orders arrive relatively fast. Most orders are delivered to you within 1 week of you placing your order! However in extreme cases it may take up to 3 weeks.

 

Question icon Can I pay for an order with a check or money order?

Answer Icon Yes. For orders weighing more than 4 pounds, be sure to use the shipping estimator online.

2. To pay with a personal check, send it to the above address with your Driver’s License number on the check. Note allorders will be held until the check has cleared. Once the check has cleared, your order will be sent out.

 

 

Question icon What is your low price guarantee, and what do I do if I find a lower price?

Answer Icon We guarantee the lowest prices. If you find a lower price somewhere, inform us of the website that has a lower price at the time of your order, and we will match that price upon confirmation. Note we will match or beat prices from only one merchant per transaction.

How do I cancel or change my order?

If your order has shipped: Best Price Nutrition ships orders very quickly, many same day. If your order has already shipped, then it is too late to cancel the order. You will simply need to return the unopened product for a refund or exchange. Of course, the shipping fee can not be refunded since we had to pay the shipping company already. Please see our Returns page for information on returning a package.

If your order has not shipped: If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel/change it with no problem! In order to change anything on your order or cancel your order, you must contact Best Price Nutrition directly and speak with a customer service representative. You can call us directly at 800-499-4810. This includes any change to the shipping address, removal or additions to an order, and order cancelations. Please note that emails or phone message are not acceptable forms of cancelation. When calling, please have your order number ready.

 

Question icon Do you match free shipping?

Answer Icon Sorry, we do not do this as we have found companies that offer this service either have higher product prices or there is a “catch” to the free shipping offer. However keep you eyes open for monthly special coupons on our site. In most cases these coupons will cover the cost of shipping or will actually be free shipping when the criteria is met.

 

Question icon I own a gym or other private business and I would like to buy products from you for resale, can I get a lower prices based on increased volume?

Answer Icon Yes, this is possible in some cases. In order to see if you qualify please call (800) 499-4810 and a representative will be able to help you.

You will see the url in your address bar change from ‘http’ to ‘https’ indicating that your transaction is being processed on a secure server. Click our SSL certificate for verification located on the left navigation panel. Best Price Nutrition goes to great lengths to ensure our website is a 100% secure destination to do business. Since going online in 2000 we have not had a SINGLE credit card stolen, hacked transaction…

  • Unopened items - We do accept returns on unopened items still in saleable condition, as long as the return is made within 60 days of purchase. We will refund to the original form of tender or you may opt for a web store credit in the form of a gift card or product exchange. Sorry if the purchase was made over 30 days ago we can not accept returns. We can not refund shipping charges.
  • Opened items - Returns and/or exchanges on opened items will not be refunded. However we can give you web store credit in most cases, as long as it falls within 30 days of purchase. If you used the entire product & want to return the empty bottle, your exchange will be subject to the policy of the manufacturer. We can not accept returns/exchanges on the items that you received as a result of a previous exchange of an opened item. Best Price Nutrition reserves the right to refuse a return that does not comply with any of the above criteria. Sorry we can not refund shipping charges.

Question icon Do you ship protein bars during the summer months?

Answer Icon Yes we do however Best Price Nutrition is not responsible for melted bars. Our advice is to order your bars in the spring time to stock up for the summer.
