 | When can I expect to receive my package? |
 | Most orders ship within 24 hours. We make a concerted effort to keep our inventory 100% accurate. We run a live inventory with our website. When you choose a product the website will display whether or not the product you are ordering is available or out of stock. If it is a case where you order a quantity of a product that exceeds our available quantity, the website will display that you have exceeded the available quantity. Be aware of this because it will delay shipment of your order. You will be emailed with a reminder of this within 24 hours of placing your order with the exception of Saturday and Sunday. In this case you will be emailed on the following Monday. You may substitute the out of stock item with an available item, receive a refund for the item, or you may wait until that item becomes available again (this will delay shipment of your order).
PLEASE NOTE: Most orders placed Monday – Friday before 2PM CST are shipped the day they are placed. Also, remember that UPS does not deliver on weekends. |

| Do you ship to military addresses such as APO & FPO addresses? |
| Answer: Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO military addresses. We ship thousands of orders to military addresses every year. Simply choose USPS Priority Mail for your shipping option as UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses. The charges are calculated based on the weight of the package & are assessed before you enter your credit card information. The shipping costs are the same as if you are shipping to the states.
Here’s how to ship to your APO/FPO Address:
Simply choose USPS Priority Mail shipping option. Enter your address in the ‘shipping address’ area in your form. (Make sure you enter your actual credit card billing address in the ‘billing address’ section. This is the address on file with your credit card company. We use the billing address for verification. If you do not enter this, your order will be declined):

Enter either APO or FPO for the city and AP or AE for the state, you do not need to enter the actual city or state, these serve the purpose. These orders arrive relatively fast. | Can I pay for an order with a check or money order? |

Yes. For orders weighing more than 9 pounds, be sure to use the shipping estimator online.
