Directions
For a perfect Cup of Tea: Bring fresh, cold water to a boil. Pour over a bag of Bija Healing Tea and steep 3-4 minutes to desired strength. Serve with milk, soy milk or other milk substitute if desired. Also delicious iced, this is a great thirst quencher. Enjoy.
