Effectiveness
Udo's Choice DHA 369 Blend tastes great in my protein shakes. Keep the bottle in the box though as it's hard to keep the oil from dripping on the side of the bottle as you pour. (Posted on May 16, 2011)

Effectiveness
This has been a great addition to my diet. I have cut body fat and noticed a steady decline in my LDL levels. I really can't say enough good things about it! (Posted on March 2, 2009)

Effectiveness
This has been easily the best Essential Fatty Acid Complex I've taken. I lost fat over a 2 month period (although I will still stay on it for the rest of my life) and blook pressure improved, and LDL went down. I feel good when I take it too...a goo (Posted on February 7, 2009)
