Udo's Choice Oil Blend is a unique blend of oils and nutritional co-factors that meet all of the esential fatty acid needs of your body. Formulated by author and nutritional authority, Udo Erasmus, Ph. D. and made by combining certified organic flax, sesame, sunflower oil and other unrefined oils, lecithin (GMO-free) and tocotrienol.

Fine when it's inconvenient to use the Udo's oil blend version. The capsules are quite large though so beware. Also you have to take quite a lot of capsules to get the same serving size as the liquid version. Other products like Wholemega require less capsules and also are easier to swallow.
