Udo's Choice Super 5 Probiotic Lozenges
Each lozenge contains 1 billion viable cells (at date of manufacture) of L. acidophilus, B. bifidum, S. thermophilus, L. bulgaricus, and L. salivarius in a delicious raspberry flavored base. These beneficial bacteria support normal, healthy intestinal microflora.*
Ingredients: Each chewable lozenge is guaranteed to contain not less than 1 billion total viable cells (at Best Before date) of:
Lactobacillus acidophilus: 60%
Bifidobacterium bifidum: 15%
Lactobacillus bulgaricus: 15%
Streptococcus thermophilus: 5%
Lactobacillus salivarius: 5%
In a base of: maltodextrin, Sucanat®, micro-crystalline cellulose, natural raspberry flavour, ascorbic acid, citric acid, magnesium stearate and natural colour.
Suggested Use: Dissolve one lozenge gently in mouth per day on a full stomach to maintain healthy intestinal flora or dissolve three lozenges gently in mouth per day on a full stomach as a therapeutic treatment when suffering from intestinal disorders.
Storage: Super 5 may be frozen. Refrigeration ensures maximum potency and stability. However, Super 5 can be left unrefrigerated for short periods of time, making it convenient for travel.

I have begun using Flora's Super 5 Probiotic at my dentist's recommendation to see if the probiotic material would help with a gum problem. It's only been a few days so don't know yet.
