Perfect Meal is an excellent source of fiber, providing 5 g of fiber per serving.
Perfect meal is an excellent source of protein, delivering 19 g of whey protein concentrate, derived from cow's milk, minimally processed and concentrated to preserve the sensitive proteins and glycomacropeptides.
