- In looking at the sugar content of 26 gms, that seems to be pretty high, my question is, is the sugar in this considered natural? Where does all this sugar come from? I understand the calories in this are low, but the sugar content is still quite high.

Great product. If it's the original flavor I mix it with Diet Cranberry Juice with fruit. If it's the Choco Flavor I mix it with Soy milk and fruit, using a blender. I use just one scoop with 12 oz of juice/soy milk as a meal. I am a fitness geek (hiking/zumba/biking) as well and a Gluten-Free Vegan, so getting enough calories can be touch on a busy exercise day, so I might have a glass to help with calories.
