Same-Day Shipping Deadline
Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2pm CST ship the same day. We make a concerted effort to keep our inventory 100% accurate as we run a live inventory with our website. Therefore when you choose a product, the website will display whether or not the product you are ordering is available or out of stock. If an item is out of stock & you decide to order it we will call or e-mail you within 24 business hours letting you know the status of your order. Our goal is always to get your order out to you as fast as possible. We’ll even chase down the UPS / USPS truck to get your order out the same day!
Costs
All methods of shipping come with a tracking number which will be emailed to the address provided by you.
Standard shipping (2 – 5 business days)
- Packages 4 lbs. or less – Flat Rate $7.95. These packages will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail to the 48 contiguous states. The method will be determined by Best Price Nutrition when the order is downloaded into our system. If you would like to request one method over the other for standard shipping (UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail), please tell us in the “Customer Notes” section at the bottom of the checkout screen and we will gladly accommodate your request. Although we call this standard shipping these packages reach 99.6% of the country within 4 business days!
- Free Shipping: If an item is marked for free shipping it will either get you A) Free shipping on your entire order (this will be displayed clearly on the product details page), with the exception of Ready to Drinks. OR B) You will get free shipping on just that item, so if you order just that item or other items marked for free shipping your order ships free. If you order other items not marked for free shipping the weight of the item marked for free shipping is not included. In both cases this only applies to destinations in the 48 contiguous states. Packages marked for free shipping will be shipped with Standard shipping (UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, Best Price Nutrition will determine the method upon downloading the order in our system).

Please note all shipping charges are displayed before you enter your credit card information. Sorry UPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends & UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
USPS Priority Mail shipping (2 – 3 day arrival)

Packages over 4 lbs. – will be charged the USPS rate based on weight and destination

APO/FPO shipments - Simply choose USPS Priority Mail for your shipping option as UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses. The charges are calculated based on the zip code & weight of the package & are assessed before you enter your credit card information. The shipping costs are the same as if you are shipping to the states!
Time in transit: Please note all orders will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is downloaded into our system.
Please note UPS does not count weekends as business or shipping days. For instance if your order ships on Thursday and you live in a 3 day zone your order will be delivered on Tuesday. Shipping costs to an improper/undeliverable address are not refundable and may be subject to additional charges. If you need to change your shipping address once it has shipped, there is a $10.00 charge that will be required in order to do so. We are charged this amount by UPS whenever an address correction is made. Please try & get a hold of us ASAP if this is the case so we can correct your address before your order ships & save you the $10.
