Q: How long can I take Spirodex?
A: Optimally, Gaspari Nutrition suggests that you use no more than 1 or 2 Spirodex Spirotabs once per day for a period not to exceed 6 weeks. Increasing the dosage or length of use will not increase the benefit of using this product.
Q: Who can best use Spirodex?
A: While Spirodex is a very powerful product, virtually all healthy men and women over the age of 18 years can expect to safely use Spirodex. There are some people who should not use Spirodex because they have pre-existing medical conditions or take certain medications. Love this product. I take 1 in the morning before working out. I have plenty of energy and do not feel hungry. I have never gotten the jitters on this product and I don't have that exhausted feeling at 3:00 when I used to need some sort of pick-me-up drink. I can't say that I've lost a significant amount of weight (3 lbs in 7 days but I was not on an extreme diet just regular eating) but it does curb my appetite for the entire morning until lunch. On days when I play soccer, I take a second pill at noon and it keeps me going strong through the game (at 7:00 pm), however, I do have a little trouble falling asleep on those nights. This product is amazing. Gaspari ceases to amaze me with their product. I just started using spirodex today and I can tell you that it puts you into a mood that is absolutely wonderful.
