The concentration of this product is excellent. I take it on an empty stomach when I wake up in the morning, hold it in my mouth for 2 minutes and swallow it slowly. This allows the body to absorb it instead of the liver eliminating it. Remember the French paradox. (Posted on 12/6/10)
