IFORCE Hemavol Dosage & Directions
HemaVol is so powerful and so precisely dosed that in order to achieve maximum plasma volumization, it should only be taken on training days and no more than 4 times per week. For best results, drink 12-24 ounces of water with each serving. Consume 1-2 servings (1-2 scoops) approximately 20-30 minutes before your workout.

This product is phenomenal to say the least. It can be stacked with nearly any preworkout supplement. No added stim's so it's straight NO, all the time. It's great to know you're taking a product that actually does what it's supposed to do. On shoulder days I have a pump in my chest and arms while taking this product. Not only does this help shuttle nutrients to the muscles you're breaking down and help get that one last rep in but it also helps shuttle nutrients to the already broken down muscles which helps in recovery time. I give this product a 10/10 for it's effectiveness. The only downside is the price per serving, It's around $1 a scoop. It's not too terribly bad for someone on a budget it might be that extra product someone might not think they need and never purchase. I would suggest that iForce send out sample packets with 4 or 5 servings in them. Get the product out there, people will LOVE It! I am a big fan of Hemavol. I don't use it for a non-stimulant pre-workout supplement though. I use it and mix it with other stimulant pre-workout supplements like Craze. The mix of both tastes amazing (well Hemavol tastes awesome with anything), but with a product like Craze, I get a crazy pump.
