I cycled off assault for a month and took Hemavol Powder because I've had better luck with NO products in the past but I took the recommended dosage and didn't feel a thing. A few days later I took triple the dosage and still nothing, don't get me wrong it takes exactly like lemon heads but that's the only thing I find appealing about this product. I was a big fan on the tablets so decided to pick this up and like the pump alot more...plus I don't have to take 10 pills! I use it during my breaks from stimulants. Hemavol lemon drop tastes like lemonade, mixes easily and gives me a great pump. I am taking 2 scoops about 30min before my workout right now. I will continue to use this til it's gone.
