IForce Nutrtion Red Velvet Protean has to be the best tasting protein on the market. After two weeks of use I am already feeling stronger and looking leaner. This is a great tasting protein (vanilla cupcake batter). It has a good nutritional profile for this type of protein. The main problem is it doesn't have any digestive enzymes so I can't drink it because it causes gas and bloating. Any protein blend like this needs a digestive enzyme. If u have problems with gas/bloating I recomend Giant Sports delicious protein. If u don't have those problems then this seems like great powder, can't speak about effectiveness.
