This stuff helps me a ton falling asleep and staying asleep. Completely eliminates tossing and turning in the bed for me at night from sleeplessness. Very easy to take just three capsules and voila. I sometimes skip a day in between doses because i still get the effect the next night and do not want to become tolerant to it. The price is very affordable for a good ZMA product on the market today. I would highly recommend. (Posted on Nov/01/00002015)

I was having a lot of trouble staying asleep and my son suggested I try ZMA. I gave it a try, following the dosage on the bottle, but it didn't make a difference for me. I still was not able to sleep throughout the night. It was worth a try, but it just goes to show that if you have a particular underlying psysiological issue you should seek medical advice for it. I heard mixed things about ZMA before trying these.
It is meant to increase testosterone levels in a round about way. It is supposed to help improve the quality/deepness of your sleep, which in turn increases, or rather normalises t levels and supporting muscle growth and recovery. I do remember having a deep sleep or two, but that's the difficulty, I have no way of knowing whether it was any different to when I'm off the ZMA. There is little evidence to show that it really makes much of a difference, but little evidence does not equal no validity. Some people swear by ZMA, and those people make me want to try it again.
If you have a deficiency in Zinc, Magnesium, or VB then give it a go, but it was becoming too expensive of an experiment for me. (Posted on Dec/18/00002014)
