I have been taking them for almost 3 weeks and I can tell a difference. I love them! I think I've noticed the most in the way my pants feel and I just bought some pants yesterday and they were a size smaller. So definitely would recommend them. They might not be for everyone though. I started taking only 1 before a meal 2x day. I just recently started taking 2 before a meal 2x day. I read on the Q&A that it can be done. So i suggest to just try them and see what happens. I know that the green coffee extract products don't work for everyone, but it works for many. I charted my rate of weight loss with and without it, and for me, it accelerated my weight loss by 50%. Instead of losing an average of 2 pounds per week, using this product increased my weight loss to 3 pounds per week ...no other changes made, e.g. level of exercise or diet.
