I am 5'3 130 lbs wanting to lose 10-15 lbs. I have been using Nutrex Research Lipo 6 Black Hers for 3 days and so far I have noticed a slight decrease in my appetite. I feel like I'm on crack though. Makes me feel jittery, nervous and nausous. I hope it goes away. (Posted on 7/12/11)

Effectiveness
The first time I took lipo 6 I was very jittery and short of breath. Those side effects lessened and it did help with food cravings. Overall they do work well but need to be taken with caution. (Posted on 3/3/11)
