So I have been using the original stackers with epehdra for at least a year or two and they are amazing. I am naturally muscular but could never get lean like i wanted to. After taking them and working out I was able to get more defined in my build. I unfortubantle ran out and wanted to try this product because it contains "ephedra". Little did I know that its all a lie and that you want the pills that say ephedrine alkaline or whatever its called. Without that in it, it does nothing. Bascially this supplement was an insane amount of caffein and other crappy energy enhancers. It did give me great energy but with extreme bad headaches, stomach pains and EXTREME anxiety. the difference between the real old epehdra diet pills was its a very clean energy. Like you are so awake but u don't feel gittery. These feel like you drank about 10 cups of coffee and you are shaking and just need to lay down. Also would never ever ever order from this company again. Worse mailing time and never updated the tracking. I live in the northeast and they mailed my package all the way down south before it arrived to me. I have gotten supplements from other countries that have arrived quicker. and they claim same day shipment which is total bs. (Posted on 8/22/12)

I love Lipodrene & have used only this version off & on for the past 10 yrs.. I take 2 in morning( 1 at 5:30 & 1 at 6:30 am) with food and 1 at lunch (2pm)> I get amazing energy from these without the 'shakes' to make it thru my long workday and workout when I get home from work. These also suppress my appetite so I can stick to my healthy diet. Taking these I have absolutely no hunger cravings & I can bypass all the cookies & doughnuts people bring into work for us to snack on! lol . Some days I only take 1 in the morning and that is all it takes to get me going and motivated to workout and give me energy for the day. I miss the good ole days when you could get the lil white dots of pure 'Ephedrine'...lol.. But I am so GLAD I can still get these!! I only have the 'extra 12lbs' to lose...lol And after 1 wk, I have lost 3lbs thanx to the energy & appetite control these have given me..After I loose that 'extra 12lbs'. I will use only 1 of these in the morning or whenever I need a lil energy... Like I said, I have been using these for close to ten yrs, of & on.. Good product. Since Summer I have lost 20lbs with Lipodrene, watching more of what I eat, and some exercise. I've learned not to take Lipodrene on an empty stomach in AM because I would get nauseous. I take 4/day and never take any after 4 PM. I do feel a crash at the end of my work day and when I get home from work around 6 I feel like I HAVE to take a nap for around 30min, then I'm ok. Lipodrene works great. I take 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. The only bad thing is if I take it on an empty stomach in the morning it makes me feel nauseous so i recommend eating something before taking it in the morning. (Posted on 11/21/11)
