Good product. Since Summer I have lost 20lbs with Lipodrene, watching more of what I eat, and some exercise. I've learned not to take Lipodrene on an empty stomach in AM because I would get nauseous. I take 4/day and never take any after 4 PM. I do feel a crash at the end of my work day and when I get home from work around 6 I feel like I HAVE to take a nap for around 30min, then I'm ok.
