I can't really give this product an accurate review, but I wanted to warn those taking it about possible side effects. About 5 minutes after taking my first dose, I experienced severe tachycardia and palpitations. My vision got blurry and my hearing was muffled. My hands were shaking and I couldn't speak. Eventually, these symptoms subsided and I was left with only a massive headache. The reason I am posting this is because it seems as though most people DO NOT have side effects when using this, and I just thought anyone who may take it should know. I do drink a decent amount of coffee, and maybe I should have stopped drinking coffee when I took this.
FYI- I am not a person who is "dehydrated". I drink 12-16 cups of water EVERY day. I was using this product to release 5 lbs of water weight that I gained during my monthly cycle. (Posted on 5/23/12)
