The year before I started using this product, I was told by my doctor I had osteoporosis and he wanted to put me on the medication. I didn't want to go on the drug, so I started investigating ways to increase my bone density. Along with better nutrition and more exercise, I took Bone maximizer III. One year later, my bone scan revealed my bone density had increased so much that I was out of the danger zone and did not need to take medication. (Posted on 6/24/11)Taste Effectiveness
