Ok first off i am 37 and am in the army. i havent been lifting much thru the years. now that i am deployed and not doing much. well i picked up lifting and well i have been having a little trouble. so i got this stuff to help with the soreness after my workouts. i take some b4 and after the workout. and let me tell you i feel the difference. thank the gods for this stuff

This is a great product. My muscles seem to be recovering a lot quicker after a heavy weight session and seems to improve my cardio days. Its a lot of pills to take but appears to be doing the job.

Dosage

Consume 1 serving one to three times daily. For optimal use, take between meals, 30-45 minutes before workouts, and or immediately after workouts.
