I received a full size sample from MuscleTech and glad I did for 2 reasons. The taste is never what I would want. But the gains have outweighed that already. I have noticed more definition already and I'm still a beginner. The best thing for this product is to not sip it, but just drink it all and don't stop.  I have had problems with other creatine giving me gas and super bloatedness, but not this!

MuscleTech CreaCore Ingredients

Dosage

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 5 oz. (148 ml) of water once daily. For full effects, mix 2 scoops with 10 oz. (296 ml) of water. On workout days, consume immediately after your workout. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided. As with all creatine products, maintain an adequate state of hydration during use.
