I'm a big fan of the new muscletech products. They got rid of their proprietary blends, thankfully, and have come out with some great upgrades on all their products. The MassTech is a new favorite of mine. I don't use it 2x's a day to gain mass currently, not until Nov anyway. With the new carb blend they have (check it out on the label!) it full fills a complete meals needs. Oat bran, chia, millet, etc. I can use this in the morning to replace breakfast and unlike just a protein shake, I'm not hungry 1.5 hours later. This is a solid formula, great taste and a great value. Using only 2 scoops as a meal replacement you're still getting over 200 cal, around 35g protein and the carbs. Love it, also great price BPN!

I really enjoyed taking this product I split the dose into two separate shakes twice a day and this really helped me. I’ve taken a lot of weight gaining products but this one really seemed to keep the fat at bay, and I really started putting on some decent muscle.

Dosage / Directions

Mix 1 serving (5 scoops) with 16 oz. of water or skim milk and consume either in the morning, between meals or post-workout. If preferred, you can consume 1/2 serving twice daily. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.
