Got a 3 serving sample and I have to admit that I was impressed! The energy was unreal! I was a big fan of the original and this one is right up there with it. If you're not a fan of Beta-Alanine tingles then this is not a product for you because this bad boy has plenty of it. I know it has a full dose of creatine (5 grams) as well as a full dose of Beta-Alanine(4 grams I believe). Every ingredient is fully disclosed on the label which is a plus and MuscleTech really did a good job with this formula! The only bad thing is that it requires the full 3 scoops to get the proper amount of ingredients that have been proven effective in human clinical trials. This would mean that a full tub won't last too long and the price may not justify the serving amount. If you're ok with cutting down on the # of scoops then this preworkout is definitely for you.

I received this as a free sample included in my order from BestPriceNutrition & boy was I impressed. I took the entire packet (3 servings) and even though the caffeine was a lot even for me! I still got a ridicuouls workout in & an even more ridiculous pump! Highly Recommend! Looks like MuscleTech is turning over a new leaf!

Directions

To use: determine your tolerance by mixing 1 scoop (1 serving = 1 scoop) with 4 oz. (120mL) of cold water. Drink one half hour prior to training. For maximum benefits, work up to 3 scoops mixed with 12.oz water per day.

Warnings

One serving (1 serving = 1 scoop) contains the same amount of caffeine as one cup of strong coffee. Limit use if you are caffeine sensitive. Do not mix with other stimulant based products.
