Effectiveness
If your looking for a way to get extra calories or carbs into your diet for a bulk then Carbo Gain is great product. Very reasonably priced and great for adding to a post-workout shake! I add anywhere from 40-80grams into my PW shakes depending on current diet macros I'm trying to meet. (Posted on 8/18/11)
