I tried this for several days, which I know is not long enough to determine if it is helpful for fat loss, but although I felt a bit more energetic and pretty good in general, my appetite was actually feeling a surge as well, as soon as I quit taking them, my appetite was normal again...not sure the payoff would compensate for this side effect, I am willing to try them again in the near future as I have most of the bottle left, it was a great price, very fast delivery as well. I have just started taking this, with a pretty intense workout program. I haven't been able to tell much of a difference after almost two weeks. I was a little disappointed because it was featured on Dr. Oz, and this has been the 2nd product from his show that I haven't seen any results. (Posted on 2/22/13)

I purchased this for my wife. She has been trying to lose stomach fat for some time. She has tried many things. None of which worked. Then I accidently stumbled over a video by Dr. Oz about raspberry ketones. I figured, what the hey, the cost is minimal I'll take a chance. I chose this product over other brands because it didn't contain other unwanted ingredients and the dose matched what was on the video that I had watched. It works! Don't get me wrong, you can't eat anything you want and expect to be a super model. But, we already walked in the evenings and she did floor exercises. After she started taking raspberry ketones the amount of weight loss and number of inches loss increased greatly. I measured and weighed her weekly for several weeks. What more can I say. It works! My husband and I have taken Raspberry Ketones before with success. It's been a few months since we had more of them to take, so we are anxious to see similiar results! We find this product easy to take and we have seen positive results. I would give this product five stars in "Use Again", "Effectiveness", and "Total Rating". As far as the taste, there is no taste and as I said before, they are easy to swallow with water. (Posted on 11/17/12)
