I have tried many different proteins from different companies and I like this one the most. ON gives you the best bang for your buck and these days I think thats what we are all looking for. I got the chocolate flavor and it tastes great and mixes pretty easy (I use a shaker with the little ball in it). I have not tried any other flavor but I have heard they are good as well. 24 grams of protein per scoop is great, and the scoops are not huge either. I'm looking forward to buying this stuff again! Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein Gold is a great product and a great value. Taste is pretty good. (had better, but had much worse). mostly whey isolate which is good plus bcaa's included. (Posted on July 19, 2011)
